Please read the below pool access information, guidelines, and reminders:
1. An active pool fob is required for pool access, each household is permitted one (1) access fob.
2. Please ensure your association dues are paid up to date to ensure you have pool access.
3. Cedar Management must have signed pool rules on file for your property in order for you to have pool access. If you have signed these in previous years, you do not need to resubmit them, please please review them as a refresher.

If you are a new owner
that has purchased since last pool season, you will need to sign and return the attached Gilead Village Pool Season Rules to Pool@mycmg.com
in order to have pool access. If your property is a rental property, we ask that you share these rules with your tenants. Violations of the pool rules could result in loss of amenity privileges, and/or fines against the property owner.
Q: I am a new owner that received a fob from the seller, what do I need to do?
A: If you received an access fob from the previous owner, in addition to the signed pool rules, please include the fob# in your email so Cedar can ensure your fob is activated.
Q: I am a new owner that did NOT receive a fob from the seller, what do I need to do?
If you did NOT receive a fob from the previous owner, you may purchase one for $25.00. You may email your signed Pool Rules to Pool@mycmg.com
and request that they charge this fee to your account (note, dues must be current in order to charge your account) OR, you can mail your signed rules and payment in the form of a check or money order to the below address.
Q: I have lost or misplaced my fob and need to get a new one, what do I need to do?
A: If you have lost or misplaced your fob, you will need to email Pool@mycmg.com to request a replacement fob for the cost of $25.00. Please include your name and property address in your email. Please let Cedar know if you would like the $25.00 assessed to your HOA account, or if you will be sending in a check or money order for payment (address below).
