Welcome to the official website for the Gilead Village Homeowners Association located in Huntersville, NC in the Lake Norman area of the Charlotte Metro area.

Our community is made up of 176 homes that are managed by Cedar Management Group with the purpose of upholding our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) policies.

The Board of Directors serves all homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of our community. The Gilead Village subdivision will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for all homeowners and their families.
