Things you should know as a New Resident

1. Make sure you receive your pool fob from the previous owner. A fob is provided for each lot and is assigned to that lot. The key itself contains the name and address of each lot owner.

2. The 2023 HOA Dues are billed as follows:

$210.00 Billed Quarterly On

January 1st

April 1st

July 1st

October 1st

3. It is your responsibility to contact our Cedar Management Group and give them your name address and phone number for billing purposes.
